Yoga Certs and Qualifications

Certified through Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Did training through Old Town Yoga and completed in April 2022.

Offering yin and vinyasa style classes as well as guided meditation.

​

Taught at Wellness by Muses in Fresno from March 2023 through February 2024.

​

Taught at Fort Washington Fitness from January 2023 through August 2024.

​

Taught Clovis East High School girls volleyball program sessions from October 2023 through February 2024 and Fall 2024.
