My family, friends, and coworkers know I love quality, classic, and timeless fashion. (Major credit to my mom for years of teaching and guidance.) I will be offering wardrobe styling to help you dress your best!
DO WELL.
My desire to live more sustainably began with a high school AP Environmental Science class. I was amazed to learn about ecosystems, cyclical fluctuations of the Earth, and human impact. This continued through college where I obtained an Environmental Studies B.A. While I transitioned professionally to the accounting field, my passion for living sustainably lives strong. Through this website, I will bring awareness to businesses, products, foods, and lifestyle choices that can aide in keeping our planet healthy.
BE WELL.
My passion for health and wellness started as a child with my parents teaching me to listen to my body. Coupled with a competitive dance background, I was aware of my physical and mental health from an early age. In my 20s, I began reading books such as “The Untethered Soul” by Michael Singer and slowly dove in to the spiritual realm. In April 2022 I became certified as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I encourage others to be well within their bodies and minds.
